I ordered 2 items - which were invitations and I expected to receive 2 envelopes; however, I only received one. There is no contact information or phone number provided to explain or obtain the additional envelope. It appears that the product I received was good quality while missing a necessary component but the customer service is non existent.

Invitations were great. Exactly what we were looking for our baby shower.

Excellent work. These were our trials. We are definitely going with Zazzle for our final wedding invites based on these trial samples. Also, the shipment arrived 5 days earlier than scheduled, which is unheard of nowadays!!

It would be nice if creator would show actual size because it looks like a normal size bookmark. When I received the bookmarks, they were so small, I was not able to read the words. I will not be able to use them. I sent the creator a message to see if there was any way to make them larger, and I never received a response. I am extremely disappointed.

Corners where no round as it stated in the order.

The invites are very cute! However I didn’t expect them to be so small. They are the size of a note card and don’t have a bigger option available to order. It’s completely my fault for not looking at the size closer before ordering. Like I said they are adorable but make sure you measure to see their size so you are not disappointed when they arrive.

Beautiful invitation. I wish that the description noted that additional postage was required for a square envelope. I was choosing between two designs and that would have made my decision easier.
