We have ordered this product multiple times this year. Always arrives quickly and is generally in good condition. Sometimes there might be a scratch.

My only frustration is that the blue color for the top of name badge doesn’t fully extent to all the edges so you will see an uneven white line on the badges and it has been on all of them.

I have been ordering this particular Child ID Card option for my daughter since she started Kindergarten in 2019. Since we are a military family, we move a lot, every 18 months up to 3 years. With our daughter starting school, I wanted an useful method of recording her Name & address, our (the parents) contact info, her school, her school grade, her teachers, her pediatrician. I opted to use this personalizable Child ID Card for this very reason. It has all the space for the information I wanted to put on there. The goal for these is so that I can have an ID card for each school year, more than 1 if we switch schools and save them until she turns 18 and gift them to her so she can see EVERY ADDRESS she has ever lived at since she started school. She will have access even to her pediatrician at every season in her childhood so she can obtain medical records if need be. Would absolutely recommend!

Only negative is Zazzle kept canceling my order and then giving me instructions on how to reorder only to cancel the new order. This happened every time with service dog identification. The instructions didn't make sense. Calling customer service would rectify but then i had to recorder for third time. It took lot of time and inconvenience. The product itself was good and excellent customer service. Zazzle needs to review their silly procedures for service dog tags as they make it too difficult to order. I eventually bought two but almost went to other internet stores to buy. Only Zazzle has these obstacles for this product. It is unnecessary and has nothing to do with security or legitimacy of service animals legitimacy. The pricing is unbeatable and the shipping, once processed is timely.
