I was a little disappointed in the product itself. The cup was scratched around the bottom and the lid was scratched around the rim. I am assuming the cup was scratched during the customization process.

Preparing name tags for a meeting is always a pain. If your time is worth anything and the same people always attend, it makes sense to have permanent name tags. These tags are good quality. The pin on the back assures that the tags stay put.

Name tags look great. We customized them with the company name. They look very professional.

Seriously, I didn't NEED a personalized set of llama folders, I just WANTED them! They are so cute! I really do use them. I smile more with llama folders!

The tumbler feels like good quality. It was an anniversary present for my grandchildren - the Anniversary of getting a new Dad. The only problems were that the lids were on the wrong item (one pink one blue) and straws were not in the package, not a big deal we changed the lids to the correct tumbler and went to the store to buy straws.

The print came out nice.

Nice to look at, but not ideal to use - it doesn't work well with drinks that sweat - it got all curled up and won't lie flat. I tossed it before the review or I would have added a photo.
