The D23 cap was nice. However, it was expensive—because the yen is currently weak against the dollar.

It is beautiful and very well made. Only down side is I wish the images/scene was a darker red.

Ornament was much smaller than anticipated. Had to reorder because of a mistake on my part.

Love the front cover, but the binder date does not match the date on the front cover. You advertise that you have all these editors checking things before the books are made, so that everything arrives perfectly. Having a date on the binder that does not match the date on the front cover looks like an obvious error that your editors should at least notify the buyer of before printing the book and sending it out! REALLY!?! That is not good customer service at all. And telling me that it was a user error is not acceptable either. That's why you have editors, and when you don't see a field that needs filling in, an editor should notify you of that. Who wants some random date on the side binder that does not match the date on the front binder. That is ludicrous and puts me in no mood to do business with this company ever again.

It’s not linen at all- misleading description in the name. There also isn’t a place to hang it on the top- I have a metal frame to slide a pole through and there is no place to do this on the sign….

I am very excited that I found the gift I envisioned for my sister and her husband to commemorate their milestone 60th anniversary and to be able to share this special time in their life including their wedding 60 years ago. Everything about this commemorative windchime is beautiful and of amazing quality design created by Goga. I can't wait until I can give them their gift I a in October 2026. I also need to give a shoutout to Zazzle's customer service! Grace exceeded my expectations!

Mugs are really cute although it is so odd to me that the image is not visible to you or to others as you hold the mug but is directly opposite the handle. Neither left handed nor right handed holder will see the image which is a total bummer to me since it's my super cute dog. I wish I had paid closer attention to this detail when ordering. I've never seen a graphic mug set up in this way before and don't really understand the thinking behind it. Strange.

After having an issue with the first product (which was not the fault of Zazzle), replacement and upgrading was very easy. The finished product was absolutely perfect in every respect.

Clock does not work. Packaging for shipping was disappointing. It was a gift for my parents 65 th wedding anniversary. Overseas. When I gave it the hands of the clock was was not working at all and parts of clock were cracked even prior to me receiving it. Had to fly the next day so did not get a chance to return it and have it replaced. Packaging for shipping is of prime importance for orders of that nature. Not the best experience at all!

It's ironic that you are asking about my order when i have yet to receive it. This is the THIRD order from you that has been delayed in shipping.
