Ordered 2 mugs both black interior and white exterior 1 mug came broken! handle in 4 pieces and second mug was black exterior and white interior ruining the personalized pic and words !!!!!! All this after it showed up 3 days late and after my wife’s birthday!!!! Again VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!! Want a refund or new mugs done right and in 1 piece!!!

Item is lovely just arrived a month after it was ordered. Customer service found it was lost and did initiate a replacement.

Nice party favor for a tea party. I added, as part of the artwork, a small line for the product description (Caffeinated Black Argentinian Tea) because the tea bag comes without it. Imprint quality of the stickers is very good and they are easy to peel and affix to the tea bag.
