Could not be happier, and I think happy is an understatement! These mugs turned out gorgeous and there was not a flaw among the 20 I received. Received order quickly and honestly that's about the only positive. I am very disappointed in these tiles and I purchased 3. They are completely flat and shiny, not really a "reproduction" so much as an image that a picture was taken of and then printed on a ceramic tile. No dimension. Just flat and shiny. Do not recommend.

Poor quality all around-more like a dish rag than a kitchen towel and the screen print was sad.
