I believe the product itself was good but lack of information in tracking the delivery date was not very good and would warn anyone purchasing your products that promised delivery date is not a certainty and the ability to track not very good or dependable.

The fabric has a cheap and thin feel to it. The stitching is already coming undone near the zipper and is stretched around the seams. This pillow is in no way worth the money paid for.

I could not possibly love this more!!! I really wanted a soup mug with a cherry design to use as an XL coffee cup -- and so many other designs I loved simply would not work on this item -- It would have been either just a teeny-tiny square picture on the front or a full wraparound that looked weird because the design was substantially cut off --- but this seller did their designing to work on any and all items so perfectly! It's absolutely gorgeous, the pattern is unique, and I am so so happy.

I am super happy with this purchase. First - this is my design - and I am offering it in my mrrsocolov store. I have Rheumatoid Arthritis - so I wanted a mug with a pretty design to show awareness. Ok - now on the printing and design. I designed this with glitter edges and foil textures. The printing is very crisp and clean. The glitter edges are very sparkly. And it does look like foil as part of the ribbon design. The quality of the mug itself is really good. And the box they sent it in is thick and good quality.
