this said this was delivered a week ago/ contacted customer service for help, have not heard back. I understand this is not necessarily the actual creators fault but zazzle has not allowed me to get in contact with them to make this right. currently out over 20.00 for s product not received.

It never arrived! I want a refund!

The picture was a little blurry. Kind of disappointing.

Made a 5 picture mug with pictures I uploaded, and the pictures were nice and clear and the background colors were bright and vibrant. Recipient loved the mug.

different sizes would be a good thing to make available

Sent to godmomma across the continent --- she called me in happy tears, said it was her favorite gift ever. If I get out there to visit this summer, I'll add a picture. Very very happy.

I was disappointed. The logo was small and not very impressive for what they charged me. The only reason I didn't return was because my son really wanted this for Christmas.

If I could give -0 I would! I have loved Zaazle for a long time. But I ordered christmas mugs for my 7 grandchildren.. they all arrived on time. 1 was broken. I contacted zazzle heard nothing back for a few days. Had to reorder my grandsons cup to guarantee he would NOT be left out on our Christmas celebration. I paid over $24 shipping for another identical cup plus the cost of cup. With guaranteed delivery of 12/27. (Our christmas was being held on 28th) My second cup which cost me OVER $35.00 was NOT delivered until 12/30. My notice from zazzle showing my cup was ready for shipment wasn't until 12/27. My young grandson had a BROKEN mug at our christmas celebration while all other grandchildren had a beautiful personalized cocoa mug to drink Nanas homemade hot cocoa from. I should NOT have been charged for second mug or the shipping! I sent pictures and did everything required! This should have been taken care of IMMEDIATELY. DO BETTER!

The ornament has a dull finish instead of a glossy one like the ornaments I order previously. Also, I'm not thrilled with the way the name and date appear against the picture. The name appears slanted, and the white blends into the background, so it doesn't stand out.

When I received the mug, the handle was broken and once I contacted the seller, a new one was replaced quickly and was delivered in great shape and my niece loved it!! Mug was exactly what I expected.
