Sloppy work. They printed doubles of one design, left one out entirely and canceled a third. Wouldn't be here complaining if there was any customer service, but it's just a maze of links that go nowhere.

I ADORE these socks!! Came out great. Nice quality. socks are light weight (great for Florida where I live) and my nephew is very impressed. (He has his cats on socks too ... mine are better!)

Very disappointed with the pillow I ordered for my daughters Sweet Sixteen!! The cheap pillow that goes inside the pillow case was two sizes too small and makes so it makes the pillow look very cheap! Nothing like the picture on the website. Pillow is NOT full or fluffy!!! Not worth your money if you’re thinking about purchasing this pillow!!

When I got this, there was a piece of tape on one side of this ornament. When I took it off it took everything off of it. I would like to have this redone at no cost.

I was disappointed as I could not use a discount code provided on my first order on the second order with you. Not a good way to keep customers returning to your site.

The photo was blurry and off center. Disappointing

The item itself is great - just what I wanted. However, it took too long to arrive - at least a week after the date you projected when I ordered it. Did you ship it by Joe's Ox Cart, Barge, and Balloon? I received the email I am responding to with this feedback before I received the mug!

I ordered and paid for two of these ornaments and only received. I entered a case through the online portal, received an email that I would be contacted within 24 hours and never heard from anyone.

First off I’d like to mention that this company has been amazing! My order was lost during shipping. Zazzle was very quick to respond and issue a replacement! During the holidays I understand how hectic things can be so the order getting lost was not expected but understandable. I am very grateful as well as amazed how quickly Zazzle fixed the problem! Oh and the ornament is beautiful the girls absolutely love it!
