Print quality is decent (unsure that it would hold up if not hand washed though). Issue is the "glasses" are dollar store candle holders, at best (even have a candle sticker on the bottom). Hard to picture but the bottom of the glass is clearly unlevel empty but very exaggerated with a colored beverage. Not what you'd expect for the price and not a good representation of your business. Thank goodness I inspected them before wrapping them!! Very frustrating to say the least!

I love the ornament; it’s perfect!!! The materials were good quality, the picture is awesome, and the customized printing looks great. It was shipped shortly after I ordered and it arrived quickly! I am very pleased and will definitely order in the future!

Zazzle clocks are the best as they are dependable for years! I have had them in my bathrooms for 10 years and stll going strong. I designed this one for my new outdoor deck. Zazzle doesn't list its clocks for outdoor use; however, I chose to try it, knowing I could easily bring it in and out if leaving didn’t work. Rain nor snow has stopped it thus far this winter. The roof gutter provides a few inches of cover. I'm proud of my design and the Zazzle Filter tools can change the color if desire.

This is for our granddaughter’s first Christmas and I’m very pleased with it. The image is very clear and it arrived quickly.

For the first time in several years of making ornaments from photographs on Zazzle, the images came out looking blurry and grainy on the ornament. I am disappointed--the ornaments I've made in past years have looked much crisper. The ornament finish also seems tackier and less smooth.

Very pleased with the personalized mugs. Quality mugs with quality workmanship.

I unfortunately have not received my item. The tracking number says they haven't received it to even ship it. I'm really bummed because it was supposed to be a Christmas present.

Apron was a good quality however the photo printing was terrible! I sent them a fully exposed and bright photo and what they printed was a brown hardly visible photo. I've ordered from Zazzle before and was thrilled with the graphics but NOT this time. And they have not responded to my contacting them regarding this.

GORGEOUS way to celebrate a wedding anniversary for a dear couple. They were overjoyed with the presentation of their anniversary and marveled at the excellent construction and fabric.

SMALL! Buyer beware, this is a small ornament and the printing is not high resolution. Not very impressive for the price.

I like that I can personalize my grandson's Christmas and birthday paper because they're 2 weeks apart and I live 4 states away. His parents love the paper. I did the paper for his first Christmas and birthday last year and everybody loved it.

You can barely see the lettering on that ornament. Wish you had suggestions of fonts that show up on the ornament. It looked good in profile as I was making the ornament but it barely shows up. Very disappointing

Ordered on 11/30 and it is now 12/22, I still haven't received my order. I tried looking on the site for a way to contact customer service but it only takes me to Q&A pages. Really wanted this gift before Christmas which is why I ordered it last month!

There are bubbles and spots on both sides of the ornament, and the pictures are blurry. I guess you get what you pay for…
