The design featured a square border around the names & date. On most of the napkins it was very noticeably off center and slightly rotated. Amateurish. However the same design was printed perfectly on our cocktail napkins.

I'm very disappointed. I ordered a 20 ounce jumbo mug and they sent me a tiny little 8 ounce cup. I'll never do bussiness with this company again. I spent $25.00 to get a tiny unusable cup.

The 4 inch by 4 inch ceramic tile I ordered from Zazzle is a representation of Kandinsky's work, the father of abstraction. The tile was received in good time as promised.

The napkins arrived on time and they were beautiful except about a dozen of them were missing the personalized printing.

I’ve purchased from Zazzle & have always been pleased. I rarely post negative reviews, but this time I can’t hold back. Ordered personalized socks for my adult son of his sons. I was so excited. I’ve so incredibly disappointed in the lousy quality of the resolution of the photos & wording. The quality of the fabric is also poor. This is not the quality I’m accustomized from Zazzle. If this is their best in personalized socks, they need to discontinue producing them. I’m embarrassed to even gift them to my son. Sorry to be so negative, but I wouldn’t want others to spend hard earned money on a product of such poor quality.

I have contacted Zazzle four times, with no resolution yet. I ordered a custom mug that I designed, and instead I was sent a plain black‑and‑white mug — the kind I could have purchased at Dollar General for just a few dollars. I paid $28.42 for a personalized item, and the order confirmation clearly shows the custom mug I created. See photos of mugs- black and white were shipped to me. There is also no phone number to call to talk to a live human, which makes it extremely difficult to resolve issues. I’ve attached photos showing the mug I ordered versus what I received. I am willing to update this review if the issue is finally resolved, but at this point, I’ve reached out four times with no correction.
