Poorly painted handles! The handles are only partially painted. There is no paint where the handle attached to the mug. I’ve bought cheaper yet better quality from TJ Maxx!

The mug is sturdy and a great size. I like the logo and the bright orange color inside.

The logo and design are crisp and bright colors.

I love the napkin, but a little pricey

This is a price-friendly tote. The fabric is thin but more than gets the job done while looking good.

The only problem with the printing was my image. I needed to pump of the volume on the colors. This is my fault. I made these in a hurry and didn't ask questions, but it was an easy fix with a sharpie to pop in some outlines and I have figured it out for the future.

Color does not match the color of the plane shown on website.

The color of the plane on the napkin appears to be brown not red . We are disappointed.

This product shipped quickly, the printing quality was high and it was well received by the recipient!

It arrived only one day later than estimated. Considering it went from the USA to Asia... I feel the delivery time was very good. The product is exactly as pictured. I am very satisfied.

I ordered a coffee mug and the quality of the mug is great. Even better than I expected to be honest. I only have two complaints, 1: the price of shipping was almost more than the price of the mug! 2: Zazzle has been sending 5 or more emails EVERYDAY with product offers. It's beyond spam it's down right ridiculous!!

The printing was just a tad fuzzy. But I figured that would be the case since it's screen printed and not imprinted on the napkin.

The printing turned out perfect

The mug doesn't do what it's described to do. The first use was great. I've had the mug for 2 weeks and it's supposed to turn white and show the picture when hot coffee in and it barely changes. Not worth the money.

Great when you can see it

I would like it more if it was a heavier fabric. The stitching is strong. It gets a little wrinkly in the wash. It can hold probably 10 pounds & then it feels like it might bust a seam.

The printing is great!

I ordered the personalized napkins for our upcoming wedding cocktail reception and am thrilled to have them.
