The clock turned out just like I had wanted it to. It was beautiful. The colors, the details were perfect. The only issue I had was the movement didn't worm, so I had to get that replaced myself. However, zazzle was generous enough to give me a refund for the defect.

Perfect! I wanted to use the same design I used for the invites - the CSR at Zazzle was very helpful when I could not figure out how to use the design when making the banner! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Zazzle!

The napkins are very sturdy however, I was very disappointed. I usually do not customize things, but felt for this special occasion it would be nice. The print was very small and hard to read. I like the logo and design, it is just too SMALL! I would have given it a 5 star had the picture and writing been larger. I wanted these to really stand out and instead they just blend in. I do not think they were worth the price I paid. Had they made the print larger I would have been much happier.

The print was very small and did not stand out. The coffee cup picture was also on the small side. Had these been larger I would have loved them. Very disappointed. I did not post a picture, since the shower is a surprise and did not happen yet.

Coloring is light and uneven. An indentation on the right side makes the ornament look cheap. Do not recommend this seller. How do I return?

Printing was fine. It is legible and a nice shade of blue.

These mugs are perfect! I got them for both of my daughter’s grandfathers and they love them. I was also very impressed and grateful for the fast delivery

The print quality is great

This is the third clock I have ordered from Zazzle and I am always pleased with the quality. The hands may be a little delicate, but it holds up well. I designed it for my office, and it goes perfectly.

Printing is great. The surface is shiny, but not so much that there is a glare.

I order the Jumbo Mugs often, and people comment about how big the mug is.

Ordered the prewritten sign for our office and noticed that there is a misprint of the word OUR printed twice. Otherwise, I loved the quality of the sign. Delivery was on point just disappointed with the misprint

Turned out very nice and a good quality thermos

Absolutely perfect. I uploaded a picture of my niece's SAVE THE DATE invitation to the front of product and then I added a very small bride and groom icon on the bottom of the back of thermos. It turned out lovely.

Quality exceeded expectations and the glaze makes the good-sized mug very durable. The on-line design tool was easy peasy and showed the rotation effects for a design on a two-sided cup. Customer service was very responsive to my requests.

This is not what i wanted. customer service sent me a link so i could order it again and that was the wrong item. if i order it again with free shipping i will not get it in time for the retirement party and i may not be seeing this person again. it is after hours and so i cant talk to some one and the chat is not working.\ So now i have no gift. very unhappy with this site even if you did give me a credit.
