After waiting about a month, my sign finally arrived. I was disappointed that the image was printed off center. The entire sign was cut off on bottom and the top was blank.

The sign I ordered was printed crooked. There was a white strip along the top, and the graphics of the sign were cut off.

Great quality, came in two separate packages and thought one was missing. Great value

I was very disappointed in the single monogram napkins I ordered as a gift for my mom. The white paper of the napkin was poor quality, the white paper itself was dingy looking - almost like a newsprint hue, and the ink was faded looking. It was definitely black ink but it was like it soaked into the paper and wasn't enough to leave a crisp, sharp monogram.

The printing was find I guess, I mean was just a monogram. The edges of the monogram didbt bleed but the actual monogram looked faded.

My apron came out great! Colors are just like I designed and pictured!

This was given as gift to a great aunt for her 90th birthday. It was an instant hit since she hadn’t had the chance to meet her great grand nephews. Her heart elevated to a higher level. She beamed all evening!

Printing was clear and distinct. Lettering stood out with the recipient’s favorite colors!

Hi the shipping package exposed the sign and the tape was placed directly on the sign which ruined the sign.

Unfortunately the quality of the pictures was poor. I even requested a new one and it still looked terrible. One of the pictures I used was professionally taken and even that was blurry as well as the wording.

Blurry, discolored. Unfortunately the pictures did not turn out well (nor did the wording). I complained and they sent me a new set that looked exactly the same :( it was supposed to be a Mother’s Day gift. I hate to say it because I dont like Shutterfly but their mugs come out perfect.

HIGH quality mug and great design. I love it.

Exactly how I envisioned it. Bought it for my wife who loves cows. She loves the cup.

These were just perfect for the bathrooms at my nephew's wedding - LOVE them!

Mugs arrived on time and was pleased to how well the Johnston Tartan looked on the mug. The only comment I have is the Johnston name was on the wrong side of the mug. Product quality was excellent. Overall the transaction was A++

Ordering was easy, shipping and production time was quick. Zazzle crew did a great job on the design. Only reason I gave 4 stars and not 5 was because the dinner napkins are so big. I suggest ordering luncheon napkins instead.
