The bag itself is great. This is the second time I’ve ordered some. They hold up and are great for the grocery store.

This is the second time I ordered this item. It was a reorder with no changes and the printing was horrible. The colorization was WAY off. The gray printed as a royal blue and the logo was much smaller than when I had them done previously.

We ordered as a gift based on the color in the photo. The item was delivered on time. we were on vacation returning May 1st. Upon return was informed color of pillow was not what we were expecting based on what was dispicted in the photo . There was also a dirty mark .

We were expecting beige in the starfish but it was more a pink tone. There were also loose threads .

WE LIKED THE MUGS AND WILL BE ORDERING MORE. The packing was NOT great however and three of the mugs were not in solid bubble wrap. Those three mugs had shattered handles. I took one out of the box some time ago and just thought "oh well", but did not realize there might be even more in the same wrap and condition. As we are a non-profit we tend to be careful how we give out merchandise. When I went back into the box now I found two more mugs that were in the same poor wrap and broken. I felt it was important to let you know that the shipping/wrapping on this purchase was not up to par.

Printing was great, it is just unfortunate that three were broken and unusable.

The sign itself looks great. The only issue I have is that the stand is starting to bend backwards, so the sign is not standing straight up anymore. It kind of looks like the sign is going to blow away - and I paid extra for a more sturdy stand!

The printing is beautiful. It is clear and the colors pop. I also love how it is printed on both sides.

The product purchased was a coffee mug customised with a photo of my sister's dog that recently crossed the rainbow Bridge. She and her husband were deeply distraught over the loss, so these miss were greatly welcome and appreciated. The first delivery arrived with one of the mugs broken, so I emailed the company to ask what opens were available. They got back to me quickly and immediately replaced the broken item without extra cost. The second delivery was speedy and arrived perfectly! I fully recommend this product and this company for any and all personalisation needs/gifts!!!

The printing was excellent and very well done.

It looked like a white napkin with black printing that was faded and there was also a line. Clearly printing mistake. I thought it would be a black napkin with printing, versus a white one trying to look like a black napkin.

Not good. A toner or something was low and it was not a dark black, but a faded black.

I ordered several tiles to see which one I wanted to choose for my kitchen. All of the tiles are well made. I am choosing this tile. The Blues go well with my blue cabinets and I love the movement of the blue flowers. They are fairly expensive. I only need 160 tiles, which is 40 square feet. The price tag is a bit more than $2,900.00. This is my forever home. The tiles are beautiful and, in my case, an upgrade on which I am willing to splurge!

The colors are beautiful! On some cheaper tiles, some the colors will bleed. The design is crystal clear and the pattern makes me smile! I am looking forward to starting my morning, with a delicious cup of coffee and looking at my cool tiles!
