The text is too small! It's hard to see in the design mode, especially when you're not used to adding text to mugs. I wish there had of been some expert advice when it went for printing, it would've been nice to know. Now I would have to pay shipping to return it.

Very disappointed in this purchase. The paper is very hard to work with for wrapping gifts, but more importantly, the pattern has lines running through it. I bought this to wrap a very large gift, and there was no way to wrap it without having big seams running down sides, as the pattern is poorly applied across the whole roll. Very frustrating especially considering how expensive this is for wrapping paper. Deeply regret this purchase and wish I could get a refund.

Not what I expected. The picture is amazing. Even taking a picture of the product I received looked good. But in person. It was not worth the amount of money I spent. Very disappointed.

Great customer service. My mug came damaged by the shipper. Zazzle replaced my mug. All I had to do was submit a photo of the damaged mug. And it was shipped expressed! I would buy from Zazzle again.

Disappointed in quality for an outside sign it doesn't appear it would last through the first rain.....ad says 6-9 months should say but not during rainy season, as the top of sign is OPEN and the rain goes directly inside the middle of the sign. Also received the stand with no way to attach to the sign. I loved the idea of the sign, just can't use it and will be returning for refund.

I had this personalized for our Priest's 60th Anniversary of Ordination. He was so proud of it and everyone loved it. It looks more expensive than it is. Beautiful box.

Beyond disappointed. Did someone seriously think this was okay to send out? I have no idea why the entire mug is black and the pictures are so impossible to see. I ordered these for my husbands FIRST Father’s Day. Very disappointing.

This was a second re-order on these pillows because the maker has sewn the care tags on a non-zippered side of the casing, making it impossible to tuck them out of sight and zip the cover closed. We are now on re-order Round 3. I've explained the problem clearly in two emails and now a phone call. I've ordered over a hundred pillows printed with my artwork from Zazzle over the years, and I've never had this issue with the care tags hanging out in the open. I sincerely hope that this third re-order arrives with this problem solved.
