Zazzle Paper

Fantastic. I make these photos and have the out on magnets and it matches perfectly. My Dad absolutely loves it and will use it for his Alaskan Cruise. Thank you , i will be doing more soon for other family members.

I wanted to love these invitations but unfortunately I did not. The wording and text is beautiful but there were more negatives than positives for me. The black background leaves black residue on hands and any paper it touches. The back of the invitation does not look good in person. I did not have time to change my invitations so I had to invest in trifolds that would hide the back of the invitation. There was nothing I could do to fix the black residue issue and it transferred onto the response cards and everything the invitations touched.

Loved everything about our invite. Have gotten nothing but compliments on it.

These bridal shower invitations were beautiful and the delivery was prompt.

Everyone loves our invitation so far! I really appreciate being able to completely customize them, it helped a ton being able to add our details for the wedding to the back of the invite instead of having to purchase a separate card.

The invitation is beautiful and I'm very happy with it. Disappointed that this size requires extra postage by USPS and I was unaware. You may want to note that on your website. I could have ordered the 5x7 size.

Unfortunately, it bother me to write this review, because I order so much stuff from you guys. I never received my invitation from Zazzle which is so unethical for a reputable company to do. Zazzle was my to go to whenever I was having an event. At this point, I’m very disappointed with your company and will like my invitation or refund.

I love this postcard. I am a big fan of the Peanuts gang. This is a great postcard for the Fourth of July.

They sent me the stock photo of the invite i designed so none of it was personalized. When i hit submit the warning came up that i didn't change one thing on the invite (the swing over to-which was on purpose) so i know i submitted the right design. Then i had to spend an extra $32 to get fast shipping so they would go out on time before i left for vacation. I couldn't get ahold of any human to talk to for two days despite the chat bot telling me they were transferring to a human. So no human ever contacted me to help resolve this. Just an email saying they'd refund it and i could keep the stock photo invites instead of paying to return them to Zazzle to get a refund -as if it was a favor. What would I do with the stock photos?! Horrible horrible customer service.. The fact that you can't contact a human is absurd. Your chatbot sucks and can't answer everything.. So the customer is just stuck. It's so one sided to just get an email without any back and forth. I shouldn't have had to pay $32 for expedited shipping when it was your website that screwed up and sent me the wrong thing.

I use this postcard for postcrossing.

The first order got lost somewhere on the way to me. But Zazzle was great and promptly sent another order out which I received in a few days. Great customer service.
