So soooooo beautiful I completely loved them!!!

Really pretty overall...I picked 18x24 because it was the only size the design fit in. It is not big enough alone so I bought a frame for it, well the sign is an inch smaller than it should be so it did not fit in the frame. I'm sure if I had reached out within the time limit they have for returns and refunds they would've sent a new one but I found out just a bit ago, trusting it was right): on the bright side they were able to refund me the money for the welcome sign!

The invitations were awesome. The only issue I have is that some of the invitations arrived with bent corners. I would suggest using more durable packaging.

When I received my first poster it was extremely damaged so they sent me another one & that one was damaged also but not as bad as the first one. The poster itself was beautiful but how I received it both times damaged was very frustrating & disappointing. I’m not going to blame the company because they are not the shipping company but I do blame the company somewhat because if they would have protected it better it may not have keep getting to me damaged.

The printing had ink bleeding so I can see other colors in the black text. The black text all had a yellow shadow almost like I needed 3d glasses. I always order my Christmas card and invites form you guys so I was very disappointed

I ordered a Celebration of Life poster. It arrived bent on one side. It was wrapped and packaged in a huge cardboard box with bubble wrap and ties, was bent most likely from the delivery company. When I reached out to customer service, they responded quickly and shipped a new poster. It arrived in time, not bent and the quality was perfect. You definitely get what you pay for. My mother in law was so happy and hugged the poster. Given the difficult time, Zazzle made her day!

Very expensive with no envelopes. They are thank you cards for a funeral ....with no envelopes...... Do I stand on a corner and hand them out?
