The hat fits well and looks great on. I like this style hat.

Embroidery was created well and looks good. However, the color of the chalice was not the same color as the image sent. The embroidered image is almost baby blue as opposed to the darker image sent. It looks strange on the tan hat, but is not THAT bad.

I am very pleased with this hat. The fit is good for me....I wear a 7 1/8, and it is comfortable. It is made with quality in mind. I will purchase it again when I need to.

This hat turned out exactly like I wanted it to. The embroidering is faultless and the colors are just what I was expecting. I can not overstate the quality in this hat.

This was the second hat I ordered with this design. I wasn't sure about the colors working well on the green, but they did.

Perfectly the third time I tried. It would be helpful if you would provide more specific feedback on why a design is rejected. Just a short tip, i.e., text too small, graphic too detailed, etc. It would have been helpful.

I am very pleased and satisfied with this product. It goes well my matching jacket and baseball cap. It reminds me of dealing with the lobstermen during my Coast Guard career. Thank you.

After a couple of modifications to meet the embroidery requirements, it came out perfect. I liked the quality of both the hat and embroidery, that I created another design for a family member and ordered two more hats. Wonderfully unique Christmas gifts.

The hat seems to be good quality. I just had issues with the embroidery.

The image and letter quality was good, but it was quite a bit off from where it was supposed to be. I've ordered a hat before and it turned out perfect; however, I lost that one. I'd probably buy one again, but that does seem to be a risk.

As an alumnus of a small school that had run out of baseball caps for purchase, I wanted a baseball cap with an old version of my college logo for myself and as a gift for alumni whom I asked to make donations. I drew up the logo using Adobe Illustrator and uploaded it to the zazzle site. I initially got 2 for myself, to check the quality, and then ordered another 24 to give away because the caps were very high quality and the embroidery essentially perfect. The caps were produced in record time, much quicker than promised. I am completely satisfied and will deal with zazzle again.

I'm disappointed with the fabric. I purchased the same sweatshirt in 2012 (which I love love love) The fabric on the new one is not the same, Both are 80/20 Cotton Poly and by Independent Training Company but the fabrics are very different, My original one is soft and cozy,,,the new one is not soft, is a total dog hair magnet and feels like there us much more polyester in it. I usually won;t buy a sweatshirt online that I can't feel but went ahead and reordered since the first one I bought was so great.

This embroidered hat is high quality and looks sharp. I made it for myself so that people would remember to address me by DJ verses my legal name. It's working great. It's like wearing a name tag on my forehead.

Worry not grasshopper. I love this playful hat! The fit takes some getting used to: I'm not sure if it's my large head or the hat itself but it just kind of sits on the top of my head and doesn't pull down as far as most of my other hats. No big deal though.

I was skeptic at first and decided to order just one. I was taken by the quality of the hat and embroidery stitch. Definitely one of my favorite hat. I will definitely be ordering more. Someone just claimed the hat for themselves. I have to get one for the rest of the staff!

The embroidery is perfect. I initially was skeptic because i have seen some embroidery work where the thread follows over giving it that cursive look. That was not what i wanted. It is very clean and sharp.
