We have ordered hats from several different sources to try and find the best ones. Often, basic hats like this are "dad" hat, super low profile, don't fit many men or awkwardly fit. These definitely exceeded my expectations, - they're high quality, and although I think they're technically "dad hats" they are more structured than most and look very nice.

Our font and custom letter "g" in our logo turned out great.

This is not the first time I have ordered a product I created from ZAZZLE but it has been a while since my last order. First of all, the quality of the product great and so well made. It delivered on time. I forgot what awesome packaging they provide that insures your creation is shipped with such care. The hat is a quote from one of my favorite comedies Moon Over Parador (a line Raul Julia utters several times in reference to Richard Dreyfuss character, an actor, who is asked to play the dictator of Parador after the dictator unexpectedly dies) ZAZZLE has made me so happy with their craftsmanship that I am already working on my next order/creation. THANKS ZAZZLE!

A nice hat that fits a little tight. I ordered L/XL size but my head must be a bit larger than the outside range of this hat's size. According to the label, the hat has 15% wool.

2 stars because one of the embroidered eyes on the bird doesn't match the other eye. It looks like the thread got snagged on the machine and the eye is bigger/winking. The embroidery of the eyes didn't turn out like pictured at all. Maybe the design should have made the eyes bigger to solve this?

High quality cotton fabric. Whatever your normal size is, I'd suggest ordering the next size up for a perfect fit.

Excellent fit; great coloration. Dries quickly after a rain, does not worry about fit, as it is infinitely adjustable.

Embroidery threads were a great color; tightly set, so no shoddiness in the lettering. Easily readable from a distance, and great work!

This cap style would be a good way to identify Grass Roots club members. Clubs could have club colors. Be given to the yearly club Champion to wear. Wear during tournaments to identify judges or club groups.

The design was easy to do with a number of options both the hat style, color and so forth. These aren't some printed letters, these are the real deal stitching. The two hats arrived quickly. I've used Zazzle in the past for shirts a number of times and this is the first time for a hat. Zazzle is absolutes the best in every respect; customer service, product selection and results.

The embroidery was just right. My artwork was turned into a professional look thanks to Zazzle.

The translation of my photo to stitch was good. But the quality of the stitch could he better. When uploading my photo I was able to place my order. When I called weeks later I was told there were technical problems and I would need to replace the order. If I hadn't called would I have been notified? After attempting to place it again I was then told the image wasn't large enough. With no indication of what exactly wasn't large enough. 3 phone calls later and me figuring it out on my own. I was able to place the order.

Looks a bit thin. Could have been thicker. Almost looks cheap.

Embroidery were small, sat too high on the hat and not centered . If the font could have been bigger and bold would have been great .
