The hats are great quality, the stitching itself looks great, but 4 out of the 5 hats were embroidered a little crooked, with each one looking a little more askew than the last.

Since our logo is a diamond, it's pretty obvious when the points at the top and bottom don't line up with the seam on the front of the hat. Our design was obviously straight and centered to the best of our ability on the design page, but only 1 hat out of 5 came back straight. I'm not sure if it's the online design program or the actual embroidery process or some sort of quality control that needs to be fixed, but 1 for 5 is not the best performance.

The hat itself was a surprise. I've a large head, and I'm accustomed to having to wear them adjusted so large that they barely fit. This Alt. Apparel basic cap fit me with room to spare, and is very high quality.

The custom embroidery was decent. Not great, but perfectly acceptable.

Excellent quality and quick delivery. It's the third cap I have purchased from Zazzle and I have never had an issue with them. I have also ordered shirts, hoodies, etc and have never been disappointed.

good quality but the shape of the hat made me appear challenged much to the delight of my family who would break into rap style songs and would yell things like, "what up homeslice".

the hat is soft flexible shape ( Definately not wool ) low profile but not too low so stays on your head but not deep .

The jockey logo was good and sharp . the white lettering stood out great on the dark cap .If buying the cap in a white color and choose Customize and then select a contrasting color for your text.

I love my hat. It's absolutely exactly what I was looking for. :)))
