Have not received. Shipping label was created on Wed, Jun 10. Originally expected by Thu, Jun 18. Order tracking shows it hasn't been sent out/picked up yet.

Don’t order this! Not only are the photos blurry when they are high quality photos, did not show blurry in the proof, and had no indicators or warnings that they might appear blurry so I could change them. It also ships in next to no protective packaging and it arrived with the handle shattered. Huge disappointment!

This was an awful experience. My product came in damaged and I have contacted them several times and have gotten no response. I will not order from them again and I guess I now need to reach out to a supervisor.

Never received the item. It is now weeks beyond the expected delivery date, which I paid extra for. I have submitted requests for an update and not received a response.

I was disappointed with this mug. The product arrived as a two-tone color-changing mug, but I was expecting a regular personalized coffee mug. The product listing did not make it clear that the image would only be visible when hot liquid is poured into the cup. If the photos and description had clearly shown this feature, I would have chosen a different product. I wanted to see the personalized picture all the time, not just when the mug is hot. Better product photos and details would help prevent this confusion.

Great product and fast delivery

Images were blurry and unclear We paid for expedited delivery to have it arrive by thursday, and it arrived friday - after the person we were giving it to left town. very dissatisfied. Would at very least like a refund on the shipping / expedited shipping, as it was late. Image quality was bad enough we decided not to give the mug to the person.

The photo and text I put on the mug both turned out great and looked very professional. The only thing I wish is that you had more font options for the text.

The sign came out amazing. It showed up in plenty of time. Received many compliments. Will order again.
