I love the concept but the color is not burnt orange. I ordered several tumblers and only one resembled UT's color. The seller replaced one tumbler free of charge, but I gave up after receiving 6, with only one being right. I got a store credit for them all, but I would rather have just gotten the tumlber in the correct color.

I wrote an email last week and have not heard back. I am trying to exchange. I ordered the wrong length. Also want to exchange for the other Hydrangea print, the one ordered has too much green.

The first pillow I received had a stitching flaw. I contacted customer service and they remade the pillow at no charge. I was really happy with the service and making it right. My friend loved her gift!

I am so, so pleased with the way this turned out! I wasn't sure how clear the photos would be on the desk pad, and I was amazed to see they were crystal clear once the item arrived. The mat feels and looks like it is great quality, and I am confident my husband will love his Father's Day gift. Bonus: shipping was CRAZY fast! I want to say it was shipped within a day or 2 (at most) after I placed the order.

sent the link to the customer, it did not work. tried to place the order for her, it would not accept any payment other than my personal credit card. I placed the order paid for it, customer was so disgusted with the process she said she will not purchase from me again.

The Zazzle site for designing the teapot is unable to show a view directly from the side and I was concerned that the logo I wanted on the teapot might not be centered properly, so I sent a message on the Zazzle site to the people who create the item, asking specifically if they would make sure it was centered on both sides. I got a response from the company saying they can do that. With that assurance, I paid for the teapot. The next day, I got an email indicating that they cannot guarantee that the design would be centered. It came today in the mail, and it is wrong. Either the craftspersons are lazy or Zazzle's system is flawed, because they cannot get it right.

The picture is clear and I like the cup. Unfortunately, I have to try to delete my account on Zazzle and make a new one because the email they have for me is wrong.

I paid extra money to have this in by Saturday for my daughter’s wedding. However, it did not come in until Monday. We did not even have a chance to use it. I am so disappointed. What a waste of money!!!!

This is why I love shopping at Zazzle… My order arrived and 2 of the mugs had broken. I wrote customer service and they sent 2 new ones immediately. They were gifts and I was everyone got them in time and loved them.

Multiple birds colors are bleeding out of the actual picture, the white part of the sock looks dirty in multiple spots. I am a size 7.5 in woman’s and the socks are snug on me. Bought for my dad that is a size 10. Disappointed with size and quality

So pleased with our signs. They were simple to design and order and were shipped fast. The signs are durable and will last a long time.

I am so happy with the mug I designed. It gave me a chance to use a photo that I especially like and I appreciated how Zazzle's formatting made sure that there was a white border around the picture I used, which looked much more professional and more attractive. I also appreciated how Zazzle captured the rich colors of the photo I used and how the image was so well balanced and sharply defined. I would recommend Zazzle for their professionalism and quality workmanship.

So disappointed. These were supposed to be navy and arrived black. I had to throw these and the dinner napkins out. Everything else was navy blue.
