I am disappointed with this purchase. I expected something nicer judging by the pictures listed and received a very flat printed paper design stuck to a piece of clear plastic. While I read the diamonds are simulated, I still expected a nicer print and something that at least looked 3-D. Almost embarrassed to hand this to my parents. Nothing elegant about it in my opinion. Could've at least included the battery needed for the price. Also paid for express shipping and it arrived late ruining the surprise gift for my parents special day. I hope you try harder to get items to shipper BEFORE they close so customers can receive in time. Not worth the $60 this cost me all together!!

If I could leave less than one star I would. My order date was 6/5/2026, I paid $25.99 to have this delivered today 6/12/2026 the day before my daughter's graduation. The order stated "Arriving on Fri, June 12". I received a notice from ups that I will not receive my order till Monday. I noticed that the business shipped it out on the 11th! How super disappointing and frustration is this business. This banner was the star of the show and I was going to surprise my daughter since it has every 1st day of school picture since preschool. I am close to tears. Thanks for nothing and the huge failure as a business.

The cup came pretty quick which was great. But quality of photo on the cup was blurry, the picture I sent was not blurry. Was supposed to be a gift but the quality is bad, so I’ll be looking for a new gift.

This was adorable but didn’t last. The customization came off after a month or so. This is the second pop socket I’ve had customized that didn’t last. Zazzle customer service is a nightmare to deal with so I just threw it away, so disappointed!! I won’t order from them anymore.

The tote turned out beautifully. It was a fun gift for a teacher volunteer.

I will update my review if they are able to send me my correct order in time for my wedding, personally designed these and was supposed to get the coined napkins as previously shown in the reviews that other customers had so I knew it was legit, but the order I received today was the complete opposite of what I ordered... my wedding is in 35 days so hopefully they can send me the correct design!!!

The print quality was great, and the items arrived exactly as pictured. Unfortunately, the packaging wasn’t sufficient, and one of the mugs arrived broken. I was initially going to leave a lower rating, but customer service promptly replaced it, which I appreciate. My biggest disappointment is that the bottom of the mug has a large green “Made in China” and “Orca Coatings” logo. It’s very noticeable on an otherwise clean white mug and feels like unwanted advertising on a product I paid for. I wish the branding were much more discreet or omitted entirely. I will definitely change to another provider who does not advertise on a mug I paid for. It’s a small things but very annoying to me…

Th cocktail napkins came out as exactly pictured on Zazzle. I am extremely happy with them. I plan on putting them on the bar at the restaurant at my daughter's bridal shower.

I have ordered this cup which I designed several times over the years to give as a graduating gift to my relatives. The last one I ordered this year came with blurry writing that was almost unreadable.
