This ornament is absolutely stunning! Flawless detail on a beautiful square glass that’s making our first married Christmas extra merry!

Thought the ornament would be slightly larger, however, it looks very nice.

Everything about the ornament was great, however, the hole for the ribbon was over the words at the top. The preview prior to ordering showed the hole between the photo and words. Expecting the replacement any day and am hoping production has corrected the issue.

Personalization was microscopic . Unable to see

Cup was a gift for my secret Santa person who just so happens to be a v.d. fan as well. Miles is her favorite of the boys! The fact you can customize the color for inside, and the handle was perfect because I got to choose her favorite color! OVER ALL A 10/10!!

This $16 mug is blurry ! This social worker mug was so important. I was giving it to my son-in-law who is a social worker in the high school. He has a very stressful job. It’s very simple design, basically a label. It’s like a nutrition label. It should be a lot sharper.! Now what do I do?

I have not received by date promised.

Several of the ceramic tile ornaments from my most recent order arrived broken, as well as two of the glass tumblers. On a different note, I have noticed this year the finish has changed on the tiles. Where it used to be glossy and smooth, now they are matte and rougher. I am not certain if you've changed the way these are created or if i am now supposed to specify the finish, but i did not see any finish options when i ordered. The glossy was much more favorable. the matte finish looks and feels cheap and as if it won't last more than a few years without rubbing off.

I had to reach out to the recipient and ask if they received the mug because my email said it was delivered - very uncomfortable. My friend said she got it but there was no indication as to who sent it. I signed the gift card and wrote a note but nothing was included. I’m waiting to hear back from her to see if it was the correct mug. FAIL of a supposed to be fun holiday gift.

Photo was too dark. wish they told me before production

This has white lines in a grid pattern where the design didn't print. It looks awful.
