Order was perfect and exactly as pictured. Love it.

Print quality of the ornament and the photo was very poor. Zazzle quickly provided a redo, which was not any better. I requested a refund, which was received in a fair amount of time.

The print quality was terrible. Could barely tell what the image was. Zazzle did respond to my complaint with another attempt that actually looked worse than the first one. I requested to have my money refunded. My money was refunded in a fair amount of time.

The banner was printed exactly as I customized it. The outdoor vinyl with metal grommets is very durable. I paid for a rush order/delivery and the banner arrived on time, as promised. This is how I will buy any future banners.

Excellent shipping...came very secure wrapped in bubble wrap in a nice big box! Absolutely love this mug...if you like frosty, buy this nice jumbo mug!!! It's beautiful

Terrible experience. Merchandise never arrived even after notice of delay. Needed for office party and left with last minute scramble to come up with another gift.

BEAUTIFUL- the color is great!! It should be called a beach blanket or mat. It is NOT a towel. The detail in the printing is amazing! The size is nice. It would work for a picnic as well as for the beach.

Turned out even better than expected. Had this put on a water bottle and it was perfect!

I sent a note over a week ago stating that the writing on two of the ornaments ordered were illegible...had no response...not a good customer experience. Now too late to reorder. Please refund me.

The pictures are very small on the back and the quality is very fuzzy. Almost impossible to identify faces in these pictures. One ornament was made incorrectly and missing the backside. I am still waiting for the reprint from Zazzle which should arrive this week. If I did these again I wouldn’t choose this tiny picture design. It’s just way too small.

Outside of ornament not polished, metal burrs, no paper between ornaments, some of the finish scuffed..,

It is great. The only thing I regret is that I should have ordered the 20oz mug.
