Ordered Dec 1 and still haven’t received it !! Emailed several times to no one getting back with me !! This was for a memorable tree in home town and know I do t even need since Christmas will be over even if I do receive it !!!!

Wrapping paper is very nice, but they should wrap a see-through piece or nonstick tape around it when they ship. The sticker is hard to pull off and tears a portion of the paper. Also, it is EXTREMELY difficult to edit the design. I've been purchasing items from Zazzle over 10 years and have never experienced this much difficulty with the design tool.

i love the bottle. reminds me of actually being at hopewell rocks. don't like the lid. the open / close piece is hard to slide back and forth. thinking about getting another lid.

The tile had hairline scratches and the image was incredibly dark. My money was refunded (Thank you!)--but I was afraid to try this image, again. I love Zazzle. I'm sorry to have to leave this review.

I was somewhat pleased with this ornament. The photos were clear and looked nice on both sides. I did not like the personalization of Our First Christmas and the names of the couple across the bottom. The font of the names of the couple was so small they could hardly be seen.

This ornament was the only one of the 4 ornaments that I purchased and was happy with. The photo was clear and the personalization was big enough to be seen.

I ordered 4 ornaments and am not happy with 3 out of the 4. The placement of the photo one side of the ornament was not placed correctly and you could see the metal on the top of the ornament. Very obvious so I know I would have noticed that will downloading the photo. I contacted customer service and they were very helpful with a credit to my account. Will have to reorder the ornament but disappointed because this was a Christmas present and won't be here in time for Christmas.

I ordered in time to get here before my doctor went out of town and it wont be here in time. I guess ill keep it until next year.

I was very disappointed in this ornament. Baby's First Christmas written across the bottom of the photo blends into the picture and cannot be seen. The personalization of the name under the photo is so small it cannot be seen as well. I would return it for an exchange but will have to pay return shipping. So not happy as this was a Christmas present!

2 out of 3 showed up bad quality. One had bad color spray, the other a dent, the third looked good which is why this is at least 3 stars. I'll use them, but over all I'm not exactly pleased with the outcome.

The dark overlay doesn't fully cover content, and all the secrets are revealed even with no water / temperature change.

I got two wine mugs and they are exactly as pictured! They're gorgeous and perfect for drinks on the deck and in my kayak! I love that my drinks stay cold and I can close the sipping hole to keep the bugs out. I'm stocking up for the year buying these for my friends as birthday gifts so I don't have to last-minute panic shop.

Definitely wouldn't buy again. Some of the photos are crooked and off center. The quality of the photos also isn't the best. I would just return them but they're gifts for family and they already arrived a week later than expected. I wouldn't recommend this format (ceramic) for an ornament with words maybe just a picture?
