The mug came out exactly as designed. It was carefully packed when shipped, and received in mint condition. Very pleased.

I ordered 12 cups this time. Previously, all the cups were packaged in a nice cardboard box individually this time they were loosely, packed and bubble wrap and packed in a box with a lot of room for the merchandise to move around in resulting in three of the cups, being broken. I’m so sad!! all the other cups are .

Writing was so small it cannot be seen or read.

I was a bit disappointed in this ornament. Using the editing feature, I very carefully placed the design within the allotted space and put it as close to the indicated hole for the ribbon as possible so the tree could be as big as possible in the allowed space. Also, I was careful to make sure it was straight. The product I got is neither straight nor did it use up the allotted space below the hole. Also when you see it in person the design is slightly fuzzy, not sharp or clear. It actually looks better in the photo than it does in person as far as focus is concerned. I thought the tree trombone design was unique and was looking forward to giving it to my grandson, now not so much. I think they could have done a better job on it.

No I am not satisfied with the size of the clock nor the fact I was miss lead on it lighting up people that has came to my new house to see it makes jokes about the clock

Extremely disappointed with this purchase. I was expecting a shiny glittery ornament and instead it is a blah circle with muted specs. The name of the item says “ brushed metal silver glitter” of which there is NONE. Do NOT order if you are expecting some girly glam 😩😩
