I am very unhappy with the ornament. It is too dark. It didn't look that dark at all when I put it in my cart and purchased it. This little guy has autism, he'll never be able to identify his swim instructor, who he loves. I'm am not very unhappy with the product.

The print is beautiful. But the quality of these pillows has changed. I was so impressed at the comfort & high caliber stuffing. The last two times I ordered them. This is my 3rd order and they are not the same, stuffed much less. They now feel cheap. When before they were a product I was proud to offer my customers.

I am still waiting for my purchase. Who do I contact to resolve this matter? This is intended to be a Christmas gift, and this issue needs to be expedited.

Picture quality printed was terrible, I used professional pictures for more of them and they were extremely blurry

I created an ornament for a gift to my son and his fiancée. I had it shipped to them. I was disappointed that a ribbon or string was not included for the ornament. Not everyone has string or ribbon available. No they have to go buy some to hang the ornament. I don’t unduwhy it would not be included.

The print was way too small. If I didn’t know what it said I would need a magnifying glass to read. The printing area needs to be larger to allow for larger print.
