This article never arrived. Courier didn’t leave it , didn’t notify me that he had been, and didn’t give a place that I could go to pick it up. So…no product.

This is absolutely stunning.

I just love the wrapping paper. I will be wrapping my husband’s Father’s Day gifts in it. This horse is one of the horses we own. I am not going to say a word about the wrapping paper as he first might think it is just horses and not his horse. Eventually he will see it! I am as excited as he is. I will be ordering more wrapping paper. Thank you for an excellent job! 😊

My roll of paper came delivered by FedX, the box was cut in half and the roll of paper is crinkled in the middle. Unable to use the paper which is unfortunate because it’s really cute. I’ve contacted Zazzle regarding the issue, but not sure. I’ll be able to get the replacement roll before the shower comes that I need it for.

order was received and the quality was poor as if the printer had run out of ink. There were color lines that didn't belong on the picture and it was clear it was a printing issue.

So disappointing! I ordered these for a party we’re having this month, and also as a test run for a significant party we are throwing in the fall. The first picture is what I actually received versus the second picture which is a prototype. Is important to know that I did this sample with another company as well so that I’ve covered all my bases for our major event. As you can see from the photo, the color is not uniform, and there are large striations throughout the photo which makes a napkin look very cheap. Further, the price was $10 more for the same production and the same quantity as another vendor, and their product arrived in perfect condition and in half the time. I heard mixed reviews on Zazzle and unfortunately, I was one of the ones that got a dud. I would not recommend them and I’m very disappointed. Off to the trash bin they go!

I paid $25 extra for a personalized college banner to arrive on 3/22, instead it arrived 4 days later, after my son’s graduation party. This was to be a big part of the decor. The creator has yet to respond to my refund request.
