This isn’t what I ordered and I’ve been trying to get a resolution and so far nothing has been acknowledged. I don’t even know what the picture is or who it was made for. Very poor quality control.

My little sister loved it. It was lost in transit but seller/Zazzle responded promptly and replaced it.

This pillow turned out so well. My son drew the picture for a lady who lost her dog years ago. It is a way to comfort her. I think she will love it. The pillow is nice and puffy and the colors are crisp and clean. Great detail

Sturdy mugs, the recipients loved them.

They did a beautiful job on the ornament with my baby grandson’s picture. It was very crisp and colorful. However I have ordered at least 10 more ornaments and the closer we get to Xmas the more blurry they are. I know it’s not my photo because I ordered 2 of the same one. One came out crisp and beautiful and the other was a little blurry. I suggest waiting until they are less busy to order.

I bought 2 of these mugs to give as gifts. I'm disappointed as they are basically white mugs with the pattern applied over them. If the mug color matched the pattern background, it would look better. The pricing is too high for what is delivered (made in China).

50 Personalized holiday photo cards arrived with only 29 envelopes. Now half of my cards will be late for Christmas delivery. Sent an email to zazzle a few days ago, still no response. I’m very disappointed.

The socks turned out great. I simply uploaded my logo and the system created an all over design that looks amazing.

Expensive for what it is, but AI answers during ordering process was amazingly fast. I did quite understand what it was saying, but it was fast

Can't read "Elizabeth's First Christmas 2025. In the proof, you can read it but not on the ornament.

This is unacceptable. You cannot even read the names well. Embarrassed to give this as an ornament.

The graphic and text were blurry and the letters were a little too small. Not a great design.

I paid for the expedited shipping, which was scheduled to be delivered on Dec. 10th and did not arrive. I received an email today that my package was delivered and it never arrived. I was home all day and nothing was delivered. The only way to contact is through an AI chat.

Terrible wasn't able to tell what the picture was. Picture was light but on the socks it was very dark.
