I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Zazzle. I placed an order on May 11, 2026 for life-size retractable banners for my son’s graduation party and paid over $400 with a guaranteed delivery date of May 20, 2026. On the morning of May 21, I received an email stating that my order has been delayed and will not arrive until May 26, which is three days after my son’s graduation party on May 23. These banners were ordered specifically for a time-sensitive event, and the delivery date was the main reason I placed the order when I did. Because of this delay, I am now forced to spend additional money and scramble at the last minute to find another company that can produce the banners in time for the event. While delays can happen, notifying a customer the day before delivery that an order tied to a major life event will arrive too late is unacceptable, especially after charging premium prices. I expected much better communication, reliability, and customer service from Zazzle.

Bright and colorful! The printing is nice and crisp. True to color as seen on the webpage. The cork backing is well placed and there are no loose edges. I love this sandstone coaster! I would recommend this product for gifts, stocking stuffers, or for yourself!

This was a gift and the recipient was thrilled with the size of the mug. So far it’s held up. The printing turned out great as well. Super cute!!

I really liked the simple design of this mug, but the printed quality was not great. The photos looked clear when I was making the design, but they printed out very blurry. I am disappointed as this was supposed to be a first father's day gift!

The napkins did get here ahead of schedule but the image is blurry. They are pretty expensive so I am really disappointed.

I purchased this tile and the companion (?) Flower. They arrived, (along with other tiles I purchased) very, very well packaged. No damage what so ever. As pretty as they are on the website...they are absolutely beautiful in person! The colors are so crisp and bright. Great job, and in addition to the other reviews I will be doing on the rest of the tiles I ordered and received - I will definitely be placing an order for additional tiles which will be utilized in an upcoming coffee station being planned for a kitchen remodel. This coffee mug is so cute! The quality is amazing for the price and the pictures were super clear and perfect!

The 4 frames I ordered came very quickly! I was a little disappointed in their color. For some reason I didn't think they would have such a "redish" tone - but I guess that's just me. HOWEVER...the pecan frame looks AMAZING with the boho butterfly tile I also ordered!! Wow! Absolutely beautiful! I do have a question about the little peg included with each frame? Not sure what I need to do with it, and also would like some way to make sure the tile can be anchored into the frame so it won't fall out. Any suggestions other than tape or "teacher's putty"? Have a few more tiles to review. Heads up - they are just as amazing as the boho butterfly!
