Images were not as sharp & crisp as similar ornaments previously ordered. Item OK - average - passable but not the same quality as in years past. A exact ornament in red should have been rated OK. For both, I would gladly pay a little more to have them each arrive in a slim box (like in years past) instead of just rolled together in bubble wrap.

I ordered 20 over 2 orders and every bag in both orders came out perfect. The bag is an excellent quality and large enough to carry anything, but not groceries (in my opinion). The quote I used is my favorite and the color ink they used was primo. Blue ink went with the Tree of Life design. These bags were gifts and everyone who received a bag eas impressed and are already using them, same day as received.

I love the illustration. The bag wont be as sturdy as a canva cotton bag. But it looks nice!

The concept of this product is great. It really could make a fun conversational piece at a party. However, I was extremely disappointed when I received the cocktail napkins. The print is very light and almost blurred in certain areas, making the fun facts very difficult to read. It defeats the whole purpose of the napkins. I'm apprehensive to even use these at the party because the legibility of the print is very challenging to read. I feel deflated by the quality of the product I received given the high amount of money I paid. For reference, I kept my font and colors exactly the same as the sample and ordered the napkins in Ecru.

I purchased 120 of these mints with personalized stickers but 5 of the mint packages arrived damaged. When I submitted a claim, I received a request for pictures! I could understand if I claimed the entire package or even half was damaged, but to require pictures to replace 5 out of 120 is poor customer service. Now, in the midst of wedding prep, I have to stop to take a picture of the 3 we kept after tossing the first 2 although i doubt replacement or refund will arrive before the wedding. I will not purchase from this particular vendor again nor will I recommend.
