I uploaded the image and your folks refunded my money. Instead of receiving a white mug with my business's logo, I received black mugs and the logo couldn't be seen. It wasn't what I ordered. It was truly one of the worst experiences I've see from your company. And I'm quite surprised by that. Because, in the past, your folks have done a terrific job. As a result, I've ordered these mugs from a different provider.

Poor print quality. Online the pictures look great but then in person it looks like it printed at 50 DPI.

The photo on the cup turned out to be alot darker than the one I submitted. Makes it harder to see the detail on the photo. Wish I'd known that would be the case I would have lightened it before submitting. Also probably my editing but I wish I'd moved the wording around a bit to even the gaps.

i never received item and thought i requested refund but can find no response, so just out money? relatives love this site, me I cancelled membership lack of customer follow up the reason!
