Good quality product and just what I was looking for I will be ordering more good job!

I do not know what the quality of this product is. I did not receive the product. When we tried to track the package I was instructed to check with neighbors or speak to the post office! We did as instructed but no-one could help us including the zazzle support. While this is a small purchase, I think the company is responsible to follow through a bit better. Possibly have the delivering organization take a photo where they left the package. I was very disappointed as we ordered this to wrap a corporate gift. Probably won’t try working with this company again.

The size of this print is way to large and you waste 1/2 paper to at least see bear. Not depicted in description. I am extremely disappointed as this was for my grandkids Xmas gifts. Will never buy from this company again. I want my money back! 🤬

Great mug! I thought it was a great gift for my godmother. Rarely do you find anything personalized for godmother so I was very excited to be able to buy this mug.

Love it when the printer gets it right!

Very disappointed in my purchase. I was excited about this ornament for my client’s closing this week. The image/print looks off-center and the bottom text is so small that it looks blurry (even in person). I cannot in my right mind recommend this style ornament. I’ve ordered from Etsy in the past and have had superior quality at a lower price, so I’m wishing I would have stuck with that.

I was really excited to received this as it is a gift for my daughter’s birthday. However when she opened it, there was a chip on the letter C, very disappointed about that.

Only ONE DOCK HAD PRINT ON IT!!! What a disappointment!

I am usually not one to write a review but I just had to about this item. What a clever,catlike way to say Merry Christmas....Meowy Chritsmas.... because of the critters on the mug! Here is a photo of my cat Beatrice inspecting the new mug. And talk about a small world, it turns out the designer of this mug was also the foster mom of my cat Beatrice. Who knew ? All I can say is that I am thrilled with this mug and you will be too so if you or someone in your life is a cat lover.... order it today!

The images are blurry and crooked. We aren't able to use these as gifts for our friends as we intended them to be because the quality is so bad.

It is not a kitchen towel. it is like a vinyl place mate not likely to purchase again. Very disappointed

I needed by the 8th of Dec. in order to wrap gifts as we started our travels on the 10th. very disappointed!

I was very happy with the Xmas ornament. I didn't like the little gold ribbon that came with it, but it was easy enough to add a matching ribbon. I would order again.
